Labour expert Austine Gamey has warned that Ghana could face mass industrial action if the government fails to resolve growing labour grievances.
Speaking on Joy News' PM Express, he highlighted widespread dissatisfaction among unions, warning of potential strikes from up to 20 different groups.
Gamey criticized the government's economic mismanagement, noting that workers are struggling under tough financial conditions. He also expressed frustration with the lack of engagement between the government and unions, as many officials are focused on election campaigns.
Gamey urged immediate action to prevent further escalation, stating workers "cannot bear" any more delays.
