2024 Elections can’t proceed without my inclusion on the ballot paper – Bernard Mornah

Bernard Mornah, the 2024 presidential candidate for the People's National Convention (PNC), has stated that the Electoral Commission (EC) cannot proceed with the 2024 general elections if his name is not on the ballot.

His comments follow the EC's decision to disqualify him and ten others from the race. Mornah, who is challenging the move in court, described the EC’s actions as unconstitutional and unfair.

He insists that the PNC has met all legal requirements and vows to continue his fight through legal and political means until his candidacy is reinstated.
