Affirmative Action Act: Women will not lord over men – Shamima Muslim

Muslim noted that misunderstandings contribute to resistance against gender equality initiatives.

Her comments followed the recent passage of the Affirmative Action Gender Equity bill, which aims to address gender imbalances.

Muslim believes that implementing the Act will help bridge the gender gap and promote true gender equality in Ghana by ensuring equity in both public and private sectors.
