This action follows the employer's failure to implement a newly approved scheme of service, which workers view as essential for their welfare.

In a notice, they stated that the management's refusal to operationalize this scheme constitutes a breach of trust.

The workers insist they will remain on strike until the scheme is fully enacted, emphasizing its importance for their collective progress and well-being.
