Dr. Arthur Kennedy has alleged that Ghana's controversial Agyapadie document is a blueprint for state capture by the current government.
Speaking on Joy FM’s Newsfile, he criticized rampant corruption and impunity, highlighting fraudulent contracts and excessive judgment debts that drain public resources.
Kennedy cited the unregistered COVID-19 testing contract at Kotoka International Airport as an example.
He warned that ongoing public frustration could lead to instability.
The New Patriotic Party denies the document's authenticity, but its detailed references to current events have fueled skepticism among Ghanaians.
