President Akufo-Addo caused a brief stir at the launch of the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP) on Wednesday, which is funded by the District Assembly Common Fund and aims to repair roads nationwide.
During his speech, he emphasized his administration's commitment to improving road infrastructure but caused a commotion when he mistakenly included former President John Mahama in his team while making political comparisons between the NPP and Mahama's era regarding road construction.
The President quickly retracted his statement, ending the brief uproar.
