Abraham Amaliba, NDC's Director of Conflict Resolution, has accused Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame of causing financial loss to Ghana.
Amaliba criticized the AG for rejecting a 2.7 million euro refund offer from a company involved in a case against Minority Leader Dr. Ato Forson.
Instead of accepting the refund and having the company take back their ambulances, the AG pursued prosecution, leading to additional state expenses and no financial recovery.
Amaliba argues that accepting the refund would have been a more prudent decision, benefiting Ghana financially rather than incurring further costs.
