Asaase Broadcasting Company Limited has strongly denied allegations made by Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, claiming the company's property at Number 7, 5th Circular Road, Cantonments was unlawfully acquired.

Asaase Broadcasting clarified that the property was legally leased and developed by Mr. Fosuaba Mensah Banahene, later rented to Eurojet, and then assigned to Lilly Homes Limited in 2020.

Asaase Radio currently occupies the property under a legal tenancy agreement.

The company emphasized that the property was never a state residence and accused Mr. Ablakwa of making politically motivated and unfounded claims, urging him to verify information before making public accusations.
