Attempts to block cement L.I won’t materialise – K.T Hammond

K.T. Hammond has asserted that efforts to block the Legislative Instrument (L.I) on cement will not succeed.

Speaking on July 22, 2024, he emphasized the necessity of the L.I for the cement industry.

Despite opposition, Hammond believes the regulation will proceed as planned, ensuring standardization and safety within the sector.
