Avoid politics of insults, focus on policies – Otumfuo tells Alan

The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, has urged Alan Kyerematen, leader of the Movement for Change, to focus on policy-driven campaigning and avoid insults as he seeks support ahead of the December 7 elections.

During a visit to the Manhyia Palace, the Asantehene emphasized the need for political clarity and transparency to restore public confidence in political parties.

Kyerematen outlined his strategy for tackling illegal mining, proposing a collaborative approach that involves traditional leaders as trustees of mineral rights.

He was encouraged to articulate his policies clearly to the electorate.
