Bawumia pays final respects to Saanbaye Basilide Kangbere

Vice-President Mahamudu Bawumia attended the burial of the late Upper West Regional NPP Chairman, Dr. Saanbaye Basilide Kangbere, known as "Chairman Heavy Weight," on Saturday, November 2, in Owlo.

Dr. Kangbere passed away on June 7 at his home in Accra.

In a tribute on Facebook, Bawumia praised Kangbere’s dedication to the NPP and extended condolences, saying, "May his gentle soul continue to rest in perfect peace." Bawumia was joined by other NPP executives to honor Kangbere’s contributions to the party.
