BoG protest: Police Service assures Minority of support

The Ghana Police Service (GPS) has confirmed its cooperation with the minority caucus in Parliament for their planned demonstration against the Governors of the Bank of Ghana on July 30, 2024.

The protest route will cover key areas from Obra Spot to the Kwame Nkrumah Museum.

The GPS has asked the organizers to ensure the protest remains peaceful and will allow ten protestors to present a petition to the authorities.

The police reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining law and order throughout the demonstration.
