CDG-GH warns of the “brain drain” affecting productivity, competitiveness, and public services, urging immediate action.

The forum will feature expert speakers who will discuss solutions like improving wages, benefits, and working conditions, enhancing local services, and fostering entrepreneurship.

CDG-GH also highlights engaging the diaspora in national development as crucial for retaining skilled professionals.
