Member of Parliament for Kumbungu constituency, Ras Mubarak, has asked the President to intervene in the plans of the Ghana Education Service to introduce a Comprehensive Sexual Education in basic schools.
He says the modules are scary and alarming.
Speaking on Okay FM's 'Ade Akye Abia' programme, he explained the program is bad and cannot be encouraged in our schools.
"I understand the government is going for a loan and this is a requirement they must follow before the loan can be granted hence the rush by the Ghana Education Service to introduce this in our schools," he claimed.
"Ghana Education Service does not need any support financially from any external donor for them to give us these conditions. It is scary and dangerous for the country's educational system."
"It's a covert attempt to introduce homosexuality, lesbianism, and LGBT," he added.
He reiterated that they will resist with all their might and power and urged the President to do same else he will face the wrath of the people of Ghana.
