'Chop Chop' MP mocked on social media after heavy defeat

Daniel Okyem Aboagye, the incumbent Member of Parliament for Bantama in the Ashanti Region has been trolled by Ghanaians on social media after he lost his re-election bid in the NPP parliamentary primaries held today, June 20, 2020.

The MP who is noted for 'Am I chop chop?' statement was defeated by his opponent, Francis Asenso-Boakye by a number of 334 votes, out of the total of 578 votes cast.
