The Cocoa Carriers Association has suspended its indefinite strike, which started on October 7, after talks with Cocoa Marketing Company (CMC) management and Ghana Cocoa Board representatives.
National Chairman Raymond Atanga Abobiga confirmed that workers at the Tema, Takoradi, and Kumasi depots have returned to work, expecting management to address their service conditions within a week.
Abobiga noted that negotiations led to the decision to work while awaiting a response to their grievances.
The situation is now stable, with all depots actively operating.
