Concerned farmers condemn Amenfi East NPP Parliamentary candidate over ‘reckless’ comments

The Concerned Farmers Association of Ghana (CFAG) has condemned a video showing Ernest Frimpong and Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah urging illegal miners to attack police and military personnel.

CFAG president Nana Oboadie Boateng Bonsu described the utterances as "unfortunate and unacceptable," undermining the rule of law and putting security personnel at risk.

The group demands swift action from authorities and solidarity with security services.

They also called on the government to address galamsey's devastating effects on farmlands and water bodies, urging sustainable farming practices.

CFAG expects a prompt response and condemns the "reckless behavior."
