Daylight robbery in Accra: Gunmen flee with sacks of money at Adabraka market

A bold daylight robbery rocked Accra’s Adabraka Market on Saturday, as four masked men attacked a man in a red Toyota Corolla.

The robbers fired shots into the air, causing chaos as shoppers scrambled for cover.

They broke into the car and stole large bags of cash, quickly loading the money into their own vehicle before fleeing the scene.

Witnesses say the robbers even scattered money to distract bystanders.

The Ghana Police Service has not yet confirmed details, but this is the second such incident at the market, sparking concerns over safety.
