Don’t be hypocrites; be interested in a credible voter’s register – Edem Agbana to Peace Council, others

Edem Agbana, the NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Ketu North, has criticized the Peace Council and other civil society groups for their lack of action on the concerns raised about Ghana's voter register.

Speaking on September 17, Agbana accused these organizations of hypocrisy, as their silence contradicts their role in protecting democracy.

He emphasized the need for a credible electoral process to ensure peace and stability and urged these groups to support a forensic audit of the voter register to address issues like illegal transfers and register bloating.
