Education Ministry fails to retrieve stolen Free SHS vehicle

The Ministry of Education has not recovered a Toyota Hilux stolen at gunpoint from Kingsley Agyemang, the Central Regional Coordinator of the Free SHS Secretariat, in 2018.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has directed Agyemang to pay the difference between the insured value and the current value after the insurance payout.

Despite reporting the incident and a police investigation, the vehicle remains missing.

The PAC emphasizes the need for accountability and insurance pursuit to offset the loss.
