Election 2024: Any politician who breaches the law will be punished – Akufo-Addo

President Nana Adddo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has vowed to enforce legal consequences for any political party or presidential candidate breaching the law ahead of December's elections.

Speaking at the commissioning of The Law House in Accra, he emphasized his administration’s commitment to upholding the rule of law and maintaining order.

Akufo-Addo assured that law enforcement agencies, including the Attorney General’s office, will ensure peace and stability are not compromised.

The Law House, a ten-story building adjacent to the High Court complex, will serve as the new office for the Attorney General and Ministry of Justice. The project was revived in January 2023 and features modern facilities.
