Election 2024: Mahama accuses NPP of fabricating fake opinion polls

John Mahama, the presidential candidate for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has accused the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of fabricating fake opinion polls amid the ongoing election campaign.

Mahama claims that credible polls consistently show an NDC victory, particularly as he intensifies his campaign in the North East Region, the stronghold of NPP's candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.

A recent poll by Global InfoAnalytics indicates Mahama leading with 51.1% support compared to Bawumia's 37.3%.

Mahama asserts he is determined to win even in Bawumia's home territory.
