Global InfoAnalytics poll suggests John Dramani Mahama (NDC) is poised to win Ghana's December 2024 elections with 51.9% support, ahead of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia (NPP) at 40.5%. Alan Kyerematen and Nana Kwame Bediako trail with 2.1% and 4.7%, respectively.
The poll highlights Mahama's dominance in 13 regions, including swing areas like Greater Accra and traditional NPP strongholds like Bono and Ahafo.
Regionally, Mahama leads decisively in Northern (64.7%) and Volta/Oti (72.7%) regions, while Bawumia narrowly holds the Akan regions with 46.6%.
Among floating voters, Mahama commands 63%, and he also leads first-time voters with 48%.
The poll signals declining support for the NPP in key areas and a tightening race in swing regions as Election Day approaches.
