Former Deputy Ashanti Regional Minister, Samuel Yaw Adusei, has urged National Democratic Congress (NDC) members to avoid complacency in the 2024 elections, aiming for 35% of votes.
Adusei called for unity behind flagbearer John Dramani Mahama and parliamentary candidates, highlighting the NDC as the solution to Ghana's economic issues under the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
During his presentation of motorbikes and funds to the Bantama Constituency branch, he emphasized the importance of doubling efforts in the Ashanti region, a key battleground.
Bantama Parliamentary candidate Kwadwo Addai Dapaah echoed Adusei’s call, pledging hard work to secure the seat.
