The Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, has urged the Electoral Commission and government branches to ensure peace and unity in the 2024 general elections.
In an interview with Citi News, he stressed the crucial role of Accra's population in determining the election outcome and called on political parties to prioritize the city.
King Tsuru has mounted billboards advocating for peace and urged the Peace Council, clergy, and traditional leaders to commit to a holistic approach for a peaceful election.
He emphasized the importance of unity to prevent chaos in the capital.
