Eric Adjei refutes anti-Muslim remarks, points to NPP’s ‘dirty tricks’

Eric Adjei, a communications officer for the NDC, has firmly denied an anti-Muslim statement falsely attributed to him in a viral Facebook post, which claimed he wrote, “It’s better to worship Sammy Gamofi, than to be a Muslim.”

Adjei called the post fabricated and accused operatives linked to the NPP of creating the fake account to mislead the public and sow division.

Emphasizing his respect for the Muslim community, Adjei warned Ghanaians to be cautious of fake news, especially as election day nears, and urged unity against divisive tactics.
