The Mo Ibrahim Foundation's Financing Africa Report has ranked Ghana as the second-best country in Africa for "Highest Quality Education," scoring 84.5 on the UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 index.

Tunisia leads with a score of 93.1, followed by Namibia (83.7), Mauritius (83.5), and Togo (80.1).

The report emphasizes the importance of quality education in driving economic success, improving health, and ensuring political stability.

With a significant annual financial deficit in education across low- and middle-income nations, Ghana's achievement highlights its commitment to inclusive and equitable education opportunities.
