Heavy rains have caused flooding in parts of the country, leaving some residents stranded.

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS has urged those affected to contact their emergency lines (192 or 030 2772446) for immediate help.

The GNFS assured the public that rescue teams are ready to assist in areas hit by rising water levels. They also advised people to stay indoors, remain vigilant, and seek shelter to stay safe from the heavy rains.
