First Lady commissions redeveloped 118-year-old Independence Avenue cluster of schools

First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo inaugurated the refurbished Independence Avenue Cluster of Schools in Accra on September 18, 2024.

The upgraded facility includes modern classrooms, science labs, and a playground, thanks to collaboration between the Accra Metropolitan Assembly and the Bank of Ghana.

The First Lady emphasized the importance of quality education for future generations.

Dignitaries, including the Ga Mantse and Accra Mayor, praised the project and urged proper maintenance to benefit students for years to come.
