Oil marketing companies (OMCs) in Ghana have started increasing fuel prices due to the rising cost of refined petroleum on the international market and the depreciation of the Cedi.
Star Oil has raised petrol prices to GH₵13.83 per liter and diesel to GH₵14.79. Shell's prices are now GH₵14.80 for petrol and GH₵14.92 for diesel.
State-owned GOIL and Total Energies have not yet announced price increases, with GOIL's petrol at GH₵14.80 and diesel at GH₵14.92.
Total Energies has maintained petrol at GH₵14.85 and diesel at GH₵14.95 in recent pricing windows.
