GN Bank contributing towards reducing housing deficit in Ghana - Felix Ograh

The General Manager of Yorke Properties, Felix Ograh, has noted that GN Bank, an indigenous Ghanaian owned commercial bank is contributing to the reduction of the housing deficit in Ghana.

According to him, financing a 16-housing unit like what GN Bank has done is not an easy task but rather a bold task.

Read full articleafter the launch of Ahomka Court, a 16-housing property of GN Bank which is to provide affordable housing for Ghanaians, Mr Ograh said GN Bank needs the support of Ghanaians because the Ahomka Court will be providing shelter for 16 families.

“If every entity will embark on such a wonderful and productive journey, the housing deficit we have in this country will reduce” he added.

Mr Ograh stressed that it is the duty of Yorke Properties to sell the 16-Housing deficit which cost $120, 000 to Ghanaians and prospective homeowners.

“As a real estate company, Yorke Properties is to sell these real estate assets for GN Bank. It is for GN Bank and our simple task is to sell off these units for GN Bank,” he explained.

The Ahomka Court located at Madina, a suburb of Accra, will provide occupants constant water and electricity supply, a 24-hour security as well as a life insurance package from GN life assurance.
