The Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Churches (GPCC) is calling on Ghanaians to promote peace ahead of the upcoming elections.
At a press conference in Accra, Apostle Immanuel Tettey, GPCC General Secretary, urged citizens to reject violence and divisive language, emphasizing peaceful coexistence.
The GPCC, along with the Christian Council of Ghana and other religious bodies, will launch a Peace Campaign on Sunday, November 3, at the State House.
This event, themed "Let Peace Prevail," will gather political parties and independent candidates, with planned activities such as peace walks, prayers, and media engagements to ensure a calm electoral period.
