He has let his own self and those who trusted him down by appointing incompetent and irresponsible officials and by sleeping on the job without supervising their work and holding them accountable effectively as expected of the no-nonsense man he's packaged as and sold to the people.
He's a leadership failure.
Why do people talk as if somebody appointed those corrupt and incompetent men for him and ordered him not to supervise them and hold them accountable?
A President is never better than his or her appointees and people he or she surrounds himself or herself with.
The man's failed terribly in leadership yet some people want us to think that he's good but his people are bad.
Meanwhile, some of these people have studied Leadership at GIMPA and they have certificates.
It hurts we've wasted trees that could give us good natural ventilation to build classrooms to school people only for them to think like this.
More painful is how they're discouraging younger generations from going to school. If after university education, people think this way why waste money to go to university at all?
For God sake, those who have had at least basic education should think better than those who haven't been to school at all.
It's very difficult to differentiate the educated from the uneducated beyond the possession of certificates and classmates here.
The President has failed his leadership test. Be bold and tell him that. He's a big disappointment.
President Ablorh.
