Ghanaian journalist and author Manasseh Azure Awuni has expressed disappointment in President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's tenure, suggesting that he would have been more revered in Ghana’s history had he never taken office.
In his new book, The President Ghana Never Had, Manasseh critiques Akufo-Addo's performance, lamenting that the President's actions fell short of his pre-election promises.
During an interview, Manasseh stated that while he initially celebrated Akufo-Addo’s election in 2016, he was later disillusioned, believing that the President failed to live up to the expectations of a visionary leader.
