A former Minister of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), Alhaji Mohammed Muniru-Limuna has told mynewsgh.com in an exclusive interview that God has already started punishing Ghanaians for rejecting the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The upsurge in vigilantism in his view is an indication of the wrath of the God who is punishing Ghanaians for failing to show appreciation for the good works of former President John Dramani Mahama.

“God does things in a very funny way. I am a believer of fate and want to believe that Ghanaians sometimes we don’t look grateful. God changed John for us to see some of the things we are seeing now…Delta Force, Invincible forces and all the forces punishing Ghanaians”.

According to him, Ghanaians have failed to show appreciation for all the good things witnessed under the Presidency of the president indicating that his change was meant to let Ghanaians see the other side of the coin.

“God is bringing these people to come and mess you up. You are seeing the hardships that are coming. Even though it is early days yet you should be reminded that if you will enjoy any play it starts in the morning. If you start badly you end badly. So if you start attacking your own people at the end of the day if you repair the economy and your people go round killing people it amounts to nothing.

In his view the party, the 2016 election was the well resourced election even though the party lost to the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) discounting claims he hoarded party logistics.

“People even in Tamale accused me of hoarding campaign materials. I rather used my own resources and bought motorbikes for constituencies. I don’t want to go public with some of the issues because it is internal party matter and a committee is looking into the whole matter”, he revealed.
