He was a ‘genuine’ man of God – Family defends killed Assemblies of God Pastor

The family of late Head Pastor of the Tema Community-4 Assemblies of God Church has stated that the late Pastor was a true man of God, and not an idol worshipper as purported by his alleged killer.

The late Pastor, David Nabedmado was killed Sunday afternoon at his church office by his nephew.

The nephew, Francis Nabegmado indicated after being arrested, that the late Pastor was into idol worship and had powers behind his Pastoral ministry.

But the spokesperson of the Nabedmado family, Dan Makandan who spoke to the media on Monday, December 31, 2018, disputed the allegation.

“We charge the media to disregard alleged statements made by Francis Nabedmado. Rev. Nabedmado is a genuine man of God who is humble and down to earth. He was an asset not just to the family, but the church and Ghana as a whole.”

Mr. Makanda stressed, “The family affirms that Rev. Nabedmado is not an idol worshipper, but a true and genuine man of God,”

Mr. Makanda also called on the general public to disregard statements made just to tarnish the image and personality of an accomplished man of God.

He also appealed to the public to allow the family to grieve the late Pastor.
