Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame has expressed satisfaction as the court dismissed all applications by Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson in the ambulance case.

Dame criticized those who manipulate facts and deceive the public.

Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe rejected Forson's applications for mistrial, inquiry into the A-G's conduct, injunction, and stay of proceedings, stating they lacked legal basis.

noted that inquiries into the prosecution's conduct should be conducted elsewhere. Forson and businessman Richard Jakpa are accused of causing a €2.37 million loss to the state in a contract for 200 ambulances.
