It has now emerged that the honourable Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya, Sarah Adwoa Safo, indeed played a key role in the acquisition of a litigation-free land for the construction of the Community Day Senior High School (SHS) in her constituency.
Pieces of information gathered by Kasapafmonlin.com indicate that prior to the construction of the Community Day SHS, the World Bank that sponsored the project had demanded for the litigation-free land before committing its resources into the said project.
This follows a friendly interaction between Hon. Adwoa Safo and the World Bank where she made a passionate appeal for the construction of the SHS in her constituency.
Thereafter, the honourable MP started the process for the acquisition of the litigation-free land as demanded by the World Bank by writing to then Director-General of the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission to help release some lands for the said project.
The letter dated May 4, 2015, captioned ‘Land required for the construction of a Senior High in the Dome-Kwabenya constituency’ requested for the release of twenty (20) acres of land for the said project.
