I’ll make Ghana a medical tourist centre – Bawumia

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the New Patriotic Party's 2024 presidential candidate, has pledged to make Ghana a leading medical tourism destination.

Speaking at Sekyere Kumawu in the Ashanti Region on November 17, Bawumia outlined plans to leverage the Agenda 111 initiative to establish world-class medical facilities, attracting people from across the sub-region.

He also announced plans to build a Nursing Training College in the constituency as part of his broader vision for improving healthcare and education in Ghana.
