I’ll walk away and shut up forever if I witness a murder again – JB murder witness

When you witness a murder, a robbery, or both; the advice from a key witness in the case of the murder of the late J.B Danquah Adu is that you should walk away and tell no one what you saw- even the police!

This he says is from his own experience in a case that is still on trial.

MYNEWSGH.com has vividly reported a lot about the late MP’s murder case; from the missing dockets to adjournments, to missing pathologists and autopsy reports among others.

The famous 25-year-old phone repairer made news two years ago for volunteering information to the police on the robbery-murder of former NPP MP J.B Danquah Adu.

Two years on, however, he has disclosed his deep regret over his decision that fateful day to tell the Police what he saw.

He laments that even though he secretly volunteered the information he had, the police, through harassment and indiscretion, have made his entire neighbourhood come to know he is the key witness in the case, making them spurn his company, considering him “a snitch” with no one interested in having anything to do with him, while his business has collapsed.

The Police also came to pick him up in rambo style from his home, leaving his neighbours got to conclude “he was involved in the murder”, before later, his witness status came to light for them to know.

He recounted an instance when thugs beat him up for his ‘snitching’.

That he was available for an interview with the media, speaks volumes about Ghana’s Witness Protection program, that’s if there is one- a working one.
