I shall return to Jubilee House- Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo says the ruling New Patriotic Party government under his leadership has placed itself to go for victory in 2020 general elections.

Addressing a mammoth crowd at the party’s National Annual Delegates Conference at the Trade Fair, La-Accra, Mr Akufo-Addo said that the NPP is the only party capable of engineering the transformation of the country.

“…everywhere I go I’m being met with enthusiastic crowd….And they are the ones that begun the campaign “4 more for Nana” he said.

He asked the rank and file of the party to eschew internal bickering and infighting and focus on the victory in the 2020 challenge.

“It’s the victory of the party that matters,” he reiterated.

For its biggest opponent in the upcoming polls, he said they’ve lost their grip on the electorates who rejected them long ago.

He added that he’s optimistic he’ll return to the Jubilee House predicting that the EC will declare him winner of the 2020 Presidential elections as a result of the solid foundation he’s laid for the growth and development of the country in the past three years.

The conference themed “We have performed better, four more to do more” is featuring the party’s constituency, regional as well as national officers.

Over 6,500 delegates across the 16 Regions are attending the conference which will also provide the platform for deliberations as well as other matters of the party’s interest going into the 2020 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.

The National Delegates Conference is the supreme governing body of the NPP which brings together over 6,500 party officers across the country including founding fathers, branches abroad, TESCON affiliates, Members of Parliament and government appointees when the party is in power.
