Speaker Alban Bagbin highlighted unresolved issues and mandated further deliberation, issuing a gag order to MPs to maintain decorum.

Committee Chairman Samuel Atta Akyea stressed the necessity of investigating all allegations, including extrajudicial killings, for a thorough inquiry.
