Indian High Commission in Ghana marks 10th anniversary of International Yoga Day at Osu Castle

The High Commission of India in Ghana celebrated the 10th anniversary of the International Day of Yoga in Accra, marking a decade since the UN designated June 21 as the International Day of Yoga.

The event, held at Osu Castle, aimed to promote yoga's benefits for health, well-being, and global harmony.

India's Commissioner to Ghana, Manish Gupta, emphasized yoga's holistic approach, uniting mind, body, and soul, and its integration into Ghanaian schools and communities.

Participants shared their positive experiences, and Gupta stressed yoga's importance in promoting health without reliance on medication.
