It’s time to reduce the powers of our Presidents – Ablakwa

Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu, has criticized Ghana’s President Akufo-Addo for overusing executive powers and enacting opaque policies.

Ablakwa claims that the presidency bypasses necessary legislative procedures and is pushing for reforms to reduce presidential powers and increase transparency.

He also criticized the NPP government for excessive expenditures and secretive practices.
