Joana Gyan cleared to contest in Amenfi Central as Court lifts injunction

On November 11, 2024, the Sekondi High Court lifted an injunction that had barred Joana Gyan Cudjoe, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for Amenfi Central, from contesting the upcoming parliamentary election.

His Lordship George K. Gyan-Kontoh presided over the case, which had been adjourned previously at the request of Edudzie Tamakloe, Cudjoe’s lead counsel.
