LIVE UPDATES: Akufo-Addo delivers 4th State of the Nation Address

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo delivers his fourth State of the Nation Address before parliament.

Earlier, the Majority in parliament cautioned NDC MPs against excessive heckling of president Akufo-Addo.

“There is an acceptable level of heckling in every parliament…it is when we overdo it and excessively it becomes counter-productive and becomes nuisance…placards, for example, is not acceptable in the chamber and we will continue to press on our members not to do it,” deputy majority whip Moses Anim told Starr FM.

The Minority few days ago said it would boycott proceedings following the delay of their share of the Common Fund for the third quarter of 2019.
