Lil Win could be jailed for up to 5 years – Martin Kpebu

Kumawood actor and musician Lil Win could face a 5-year jail term or a fine for his involvement in a car accident that resulted in the death of a 3-year-old child.

Legal practitioner Martin Kpebu noted that while fines are common, imprisonment is possible in severe cases.

He stressed the need for stricter punishment to deter reckless driving, citing Ghana's high road accident fatalities.

Kpebu believes tougher sentences would send a strong message and improve road safety in the country.
