Lil Win’s case: We’re awaiting AG’s advice – Prosecution tells court

Police prosecutors have informed the Asokore Mampong District Court that they await the Attorney General’s advice in the case against actor Kwadwo Nkansah, known as Lil Win.

Arrested on June 3, 2024, Lil Win faces charges related to an accident that killed a three-year-old boy.

Granted GH¢50,000 bail, his health condition delayed earlier proceedings. The prosecution has sent the case docket to the Attorney General, whose guidance will shape the next legal steps. Lil Win’s lawyer emphasized the need for this advice before proceeding.

The case is adjourned to July 29, 2024.
