Menzgold customers invade NAM1’s home, scores arrested

The Greater Accra Regional Police Command has arrested some Menzgold customers for trespassing the home of the CEO of the troubled gold dealership firm.

Police say their actions flouts the Public Order Act, after the marauding invaders said to be customers forcefully entered the Trassaco home of the CEO demanding payment of their monies.

The customers from Accra, Tarkwa and Kumasi threatened that they will sleep at the premises of the house until they receive their cash.

There were sounds of gunshot in the vicinity as the customers gathered at the main gate of the house.
