The Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold (CACM) has described the CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah as a heartless man who is killing customers of Menzgold with his refusal to settle debts.
This comes after Nana Appiah Mensah and the Zylofon Music team, a company which is believed to have been funded by the proceeds of Menzgold, signed another artiste.
The star-studded extravagant artiste signing ceremony, which did not sit well with members of the Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold, has called on the national security to arrest the CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah.
Spokesperson for the Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold (CACM), Fred Forson, who addressed the issue on Atinka FM’s AM Drive with host Ekourba Gyasi said it's unbelievable for a man who claimed he was still waiting for his locked up funds in Dubai in order to pay them is still spending money indiscriminately.
Fred Forson argued that NAM 1 should be arrested and have all his properties confiscated and auctioned to pay up customers whose funds are locked up in his Menzgold.
“We, the customers are surprised that the artiste signing ceremony was organised with grandeur, pomp and pageantry and in the full glare of our state authorities knowing very well that this man is a criminal who owes people huge sums of cash. Look at the calibre of people around him, he always walks around with built up men who are protecting him,” he added.
Reacting to whether or not NAM 1 has paid over GH?9.6 million to customers whose monies were locked up in his firm, Fred Forson described the statement as lies and challenged Nana Appiah Mensah to bring up the names of those he claim to have paid.
Meanwhile, Nana Appiah Mensah has in a statement assured customers who are yet to receive their monies that they would receive their monies before the end of December 2020.
He dismissed reports that he had neglected customers affected by the shutdown of Menzgold to sign on a new artiste onto his Zylofon Music record label.
